The same five-part story, restaurant after restaurant. Numbers shown are real; where a metric is still being documented, it's marked as a placeholder — we don't publish numbers we can't stand behind.

Hero case study

Full Throttle

Adya — 7,000 → 100,000 monthly views in one season

A nationally recognized, chef-owned Indian restaurant in Orange County. Chef Shachi Mehra is a Food Network Chopped champion, an OC Register 75 Best Restaurants honoree, and the founder of Spice Girl Sauces — a kitchen with a national-caliber story that social media wasn't telling.

The challenge

Award-level food, a celebrated chef — and roughly 7,000 monthly views. The people scrolling within ten minutes of the door had no idea what they were missing.

The strategy

A Full Throttle partnership: daily posting for the restaurant, personal-brand content for Chef Shachi, and page management for Spice Girl Sauces — three connected brands, one system.

The content

Short-form video filmed in the kitchen and dining room, edited to the MyAdToGo standard — dish-first hooks, chef storytelling, and the energy of a full room.

The distribution

Daily, multi-platform posting with active management — built to reach non-followers, the people who haven't found the restaurant yet.

Multi-locationBilingual EN/ES

Taqueria Los Güeros — growing with a multi-location operator

A Southern California taqueria group in full expansion mode — including new locations in Rialto and Jurupa Valley — with a Spanish-first, bilingual audience and a birria program worth bragging about.

The challenge

Six locations, new openings on the calendar, and a brand voice that had to work in two languages without losing its edge.

The strategy

"Expansion, not replacement" — keep the content base that works, then layer on new-location launches, TikTok expansion, creator activations, and geo-targeted ads per market.

The content

Recurring bilingual content: Reels, cover graphics, and caption systems built around the dishes people drive across counties for — including grand-opening pushes for new locations.

The distribution

Location-aware posting and paid amplification, so each new market gets discovered by the neighborhood that can actually walk in.

Phase One Launch

Shawarma Queen — a grand opening built on a real foundation

A brand-new restaurant with one shot at a first impression. Phase One exists for exactly this moment: build the brand presence, capture the content, and launch the channels before the doors open.

The challenge

No content library, no optimized social presence, and a grand opening date closing in fast.

The strategy

The full Phase One Launch: social setup and optimization, opening strategy, and a content foundation every future campaign could build on.

The content

Professional food and brand photography, full event videography with a grand-opening highlight video, and behind-the-scenes capture — plus flyer design with our own team on distribution.

The distribution

Launch content posted from day one, the flyer campaign documented as content, and Meta ads set up and managed to put the opening in front of the neighborhood.
